A strong immune system is created by breastfeeding in the first half an hour after the delivery, breastfeeding for the first six months, passing the additional nutrients in time, breastfeeding until the age of two, balanced feeding lead to strong immune system. The timing and completeness of the vaccinations also strengthen the immune system in the same way.

Strengthen your child’s immune system

A balanced diet will provide the appropriate calorie for children in terms of their age, weight and weight. Nutrition program should be prepared and the child should eat 5-6 meals a day. Balanced diet will create a strong immune system. Child should consume enough fats, vitamins and minerals. Vegetables must be given as well as fruits. Eggs, molasses, legumes, raisins etc. also contribute to the lack of iron and helps the problem to diminish or even disappear over time.

Even if your children don’t like these ideas, you can make them vegetable balls in a way the might like and make sure they eat those at main meals. It is much better if you do it without having to force your child.
